Welcome to Education Spire!

Facing the examination is not an easy task. No student can take his or her examination lightly. He or she has become anxious for his or her examination, but the level of anxiety is varied according to the personality. So before facing the examinations we should remember following things so that we can protect ourselves from unnecessary and avoidable stress.

  • Before commencement of the exams, make a study plan so that you come to know that how much time you have for your curriculum.
  • Study the lessons well with right learning style.
  • Always keep in mind what you are learning and why? So that you have always a clear vision to remember the things.
  • Always answer the easier questions first than difficult one. And for subjective paper first answer the short question than the longer ones.
  • Improve your vocabulary and writing skills.
  • Prepare a data sheet containing the vital points of topics, make suitable mnemonic of the fundamental points, and write all of them in one single place
  • Note formulae and definitions separately in a single place.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO JUST BEFORE THE EXAMS

  • Confirm date, time, and place of the examination
  • Confine your studies to the curriculum
  • Revise the topics using abstracts, points and reminders you have made.
  • If you find that you do not have enough time to study the whole curriculum area, you have two options-either read quickly through the whole portions mastering none of the portions, or choose for revision that topics in which you can do well. It will also avoid confusion during answering the questions. The latter is preferable situation to avoid confusion; in former situation you will not respond satisfactorily.
  • You should also concentrate on those topics which are the favorites of the question setters. The right manner is to study all the lessons well using the whole of the academic session.
  • Arrange the good quality of watch, pens, pencil, eraser, instruments, calculator and all documents such as admit cards etc. Keep a spare pen with you.
  • Avoid such works that could possibly cause physical injury and mental stress.
  • Take proper sleep. If you awake whole night, you will not be able to perform well in the examination.
  • Reach the examination centre at least half-an-hour before the scheduled time of beginning. So that you will adapt yourself according to the environment.
  • Avoid too much of discussion with colleagues who may bring forward topics you have not studied. It will make you frustrated.
