Welcome to Education Spire! Everyone
search for peace and harmony, because this is what we lack in our lives
and need essentially. We all experience agitation, irritation,
disharmony as time passes. And when we suffer from this melancholy, we
don't keep them to ourselves; we often share out them to others as
well. Grief filters through the atmosphere around someone who is
depressed and also those who come in contact with such a person.
Definitely this is not a competent way to live life.
We ought to live at peace and harmony with ourselves and at peace with
others. After all, human beings are social beings, having to live in
society and deal with each other. But how are we to live peacefully?
How are we to remain pleasant-sounding within, and maintain peace and
harmony around us, so that others can also live peacefully and
harmoniously?
The root cause of our misery is the negativity or impurity in the mind
which is responsible to make us unhappy. Negativity in the mind, a
mental tarnishing or impurity, cannot coexist with peace and harmony. I
know it is not too easy to say or to be practical in this respect. When
we see this competitive world, negativity automatically generated. We
should practice to adopt positive attitude gradually. Always remember
sudden effects can never be long lasting. So we should give up our
habits gradually. It will be easier than that of giving up at once and
your effort is acceptable not only for your physical and mental state
but also for your surroundings. When you overcome your negativity, you
definitely feel a positive change within yourself.
So the art of living is how you can lead your life qualitatively among
the difficulties of life. Everybody has 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a
week, and 365 days in a year. Even then some people do better than
others. Do you know why it is so? Because knowingly or unknowingly such
people use their energy qualitatively and perform well. And those who
waste their energy always stand on looser side. So art of living teach
us living with peace and harmony. |
